A uniquely Kiwi experience in London! Air New Zealand is searching for our next great Leisure Sales Manager to join our high performing London based team. This opportunity is a key role within the UK Sales & Market Development team, responsible for leading a team of focused and experienced Account Managers and developing and implementing the strategy and direction for the Leisure Channel in the UK market.

Air New Zealand has a clear and compelling strategy to drive sustainable, profitable growth across the Air New Zealand group. The UK continues to be of strategic importance to the network and will continue to play a significant part in the company's future profitability. The Leisure team makes a substantial contribution to this outcome.

The Leisure channel is pivotal in driving the revenue performance of the overall region through leveraging and developing trade partner relationships. The Leisure Sales Manager will manage all Leisure distribution channels with a focus on achieving monthly and annual targets while managing cost of sales. The Leisure Sales Manager will develop and implement trade marketing initiatives with trade partners, tourist boards and other third parties to drive sales performance. There is also the responsibility of increasing brand awareness and communicating our diverse and competitive on-board product such as the Economy Skycouch, the Premium Economy Spaceseat and Business Premier.

The role reports into our Sales & Market Development Manager and sits alongside our Online Direct, Corporate and Marketing channel teams. The successful candidate will also be in regular communication with our UK Commercial Manager and General Manager.
