Are you an eCommerce trading and merchandising expert? Are you innovative when it comes to testing new content and merchandising activity? If so, our client, a luxury travel provider is seeking a dynamic, data crazy and creative eCommerce manager to work with the product, content, marketing and web team, to drive trading and merchandising road-maps and conversion-optimisation strategies.
You will need to have the customer at the heart of your merchandising strategy, as well as identifying key products to ensure they support the wider commercial objectives. Strong commercial skills required as this role has accountability for the performance of product lines to P&L trading targets in accordance with budget. In addition, we require a track record in working with analytics platforms, to make site merchandising decisions and quantifying ROI. Experience using AB testing tools and personalisation solutions is also a prerequisite, as is a knowledge of SEO, UX and mobile- and digital-marketing best practices. And if you have experience building and implementing statistical or data-mining models, including regression, clustering, decision trees, text mining, even better!
