Starting Salary £16,000 to £19,000 (Dependent on experience)

A highly successful holiday company are looking for a Travel Customer Support Consultant to join their busy team in this rewarding role with excellent career progression available and great benefits!

A travel industry background will be highly beneficial however a proven background in customer service, problem solving and negotiation is essential.

Team members are entrusted to handle and resolve any post reservation enquiries and issues in a positive and professional manner to ensure utmost customer service.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
* A positive, pro-active manner and outlook
* Proven experience and success in a customer service issue resolution role
* Ability to build rapport
* Apply negotiation techniques to influence and achieve successful outcomes
* Ability to identify sales opportunities to upsell, cross sell or promote with confidence
* Attention to detail when processing data, handling numerical or written information
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills
* Computer proficiency and ability to navigate varying and new IT systems
* Work a flexible roster pattern and be highly reliable - weekend and evening working essential

Working hours are on a shift basis between 9am - 9.30pm Monday to Sunday working 5 out of 7 days per week. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to these shifts.
