Do you have experience of working in the travel industry within an administration role? Are you looking for a challenging new role within a leading travel company? This is an exciting role within a well-established travel company where your role will be to ensure that all agents post-booking questions, requirements, concerns and requests are handled expertly. JOB DUTIES:
* Respond to a number of enquiries by phone and e-mail
* Make amendments to bookings using Amadeus/Dolphin
* Chasing invoices, tickets and refund requests
* Maintain a high level of customer service
* Changes to Hotel Reservations
* Dispatch documentation
* Processing bookings from website
* Invoicing of Bookings
* Working hours 0900-1800 with 2 Saturdays per month

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Travel background with knowledge of administration
* Experience of using a GDS system and knowledge of Dolphin
* Keen to learn and develop your knowledge and skills
* Cable of offering a high level of customer service
* Experience of amending and managing bookings

PACKAGE
The successful candidate with receive a competitive basic salary ranging from £15-17kp/a dependent on experience plus the opportunity to join this leading company!
