£30,000 + Bonus

My client is a leading online training and marketing platform for the travel & tourism industry worldwide.

They are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to work with their sales team who promote and sell their training platform and advertising space to the Travel Industry sectors worldwide such as airlines, hotels, destinations, car hire, cruise & ferry companies

Digital Marketing Executive Responsibilities

  • creating and uploading copy and images for the website

  • writing and dispatching email marketing campaigns for country sites and the Blog
  • providing accurate reports and analysis to sales team for lead generation
  • researching new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
  • briefing website banners and assisting with web visuals
  • communicating with members for marketing research
  • contributing to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns
  • assisting web developer to monitor performance of websites and make recommendations for improvement
  • contributing to company and industry blogs and managing e-communications
  • developing and integrating content marketing strategies
  • Create newsletters for all countries
  • Assist the Account Management team with marketing for their partners if required
  • Manage any events including invitations
  • General website maintenance, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across all pages

Digital Marketing Executive Experience Required

  • Ability to work with and have a basic understanding of web content management systems including (HTML/HTML5, JavaScript)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and flexibly

  • Capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects

  • A solid understanding of how digital media works

  • Understanding the relevance of the (SEO) Search Engine Optimisation process to align with company’s digital marketing strategy

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Enthusiastic and willing to cooperate with colleagues in order to learn and develop within the company

  • Co-ordinating and maintaining website content and liaising with Design Agency

  • Maintenance of the client marketing schedule and communicating to the business opportunities to optimise

At least 2 years digital marketing experience involving all aspects of marketing including collateral, digital and social ideally within the travel industry.

A salary of up to £30,000 plus benefits is available for the right candidate
