Training and Support Specialist:
This is a great role working for an innovative travel technology company based in London. This is a diverse role which is a mix of training and support desk. They are looking for an enthusiastic flexible candidate who is willing to learn and grow with the role. Salary between £22k-£26k dependent on experience plus benefits.

Training and Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Preparing and conducting classroom and consultative training sessions with travel agents and tour operators
- Providing support to their software supporters
- Answering calls, researching problems, interfacing with development, communicating solutions back to users, and documenting the issues and solutions
- Assisting with software demonstrations at trade shows

Training and Support Specialist Skills Required:
- Strong travel industry experience in either a reservations,ticketing, sales or help desk role
- Some experience with training people or a passion for training
- Excellent Windows and PC skills would be advantageous but full training will be provided
- Confidence to present to groups of people and a willingness to learn
- Self motivated and flexible approach to work
