Contact Centre Manager:
This is a fantastic role managing a well known tour company call centre based on the South London/Kent boarder. Looking for a customer focused manager to work in this lovely team. Salary between £35k-£40k plus bonus and benefits.

Contact Centre Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 8 in the contact centre and 1 homeworker and getting results in both sales and customer service
- Developing the team with mentoring and incentives and putting a high value on quality and performance managing any under performing team members
- Cultivating business relationships and coming up with strategies to drive sales
- Analyzing statistics and running reports on performance levels
- Dealing with escalated calls and resolving issues in an appropriate manner

Contact Centre Manager Skills Required:
- Management experience within the travel industry is essential
- Call centre experience is preferred
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Able to be analytical and knowledge of reporting
- Previous experience with performance management
