Are you an experienced travel team leader or assistant manager? Do you speak fluent German or French or both? An Excellent opportunity has arisen based in Southampton working for an established cruise tour operator assisting in the management of an experienced call centre. Duties will include to ensure company targets are met through the effective development and management of the department and staff. To maintain productivity levels, ensuring service level agreements are met at all times and service excellence is offered to internal and external customers.

CALL CENTRE TEAM LEADER KEY DUTIES:
* Motivate and incentivise the team to exceed sales targets and maximise sales opportunities
* Achieve all key client service level agreements
* Utilise operational performance data to continually review and improve the team's performance
* Lead and energise your team, identifying training and development needs
* Encouraging your individual staff's potential
* Support and assist any new departmental initiatives and improvement opportunities
* Ensure personal and team compliance with business policies & procedures
* Resolve all escalated pre travel complaints in a calm and diplomatic manner
* Effectively manage all employee relations issues, including grievance, discipline, absence
* Take accountability of delegated tasks in the absence of Team Managers

CALL CENTRE TEAM LEADER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* An excellent proven sales background from a call centre
* Fluent German or French speaking
* Travel Industry experience an advantage
* Proven history of managing people
* Leadership skills with ability to delegate
* Ability to work independently
* Relevant qualifications in Travel & People Management
* Ability to cope under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
* Positive "can do" attitude
* Strong attention to detail
