Administrator / After Sales
Working in an exciting and expanding business, working with a fun and friendly team. The main function of the role is to assist in the after sales process, office admin support & visa processing. You will be trained in a few other administrative tasks, like ticketing and picking up some overflow tasks from other departments. This is a role you can really make your own.
Duties:
*Handle customer calls
*Upselling and or other additional services
*Assist with the aftersales process
*Office admin support & Visa processing
*Ticketing and picking up with overflow tasks from other departments
Skills Required:
*Have an excellent telephone manner for handling calls, customer service experience is preferred.
*You will need to be good at methodical tasks with attention to detail for processing visa applications.
*Be a self-starter , able to work alone and take real ownership of this desk
*Be a team player with a can do attitude that can muck in with others on occasion.
*Attitude and proactivity is very important for this role
The Package:
*Salary £21,000 to £23,000 depending on experience, permanent contract, 20 days plus bank holidays.
