Hotel Contracts Manager
London

International travel company requires an enthusiastic, dynamic team member who would relish the opportunity to work as part of an international team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

*Negotiating differentiated contracted rates, allocation, release periods, special offers,
overrides and marketing contributions - in a range of accommodation products (including
hotels, self-catering or serviced apartments); ensuring the market leading rates and
availability in both existing and new properties and agreements
*Analysing the product of competitors in order to ensure best conditions in the market
*Assisting in resolving complaints and administrative issues of our suppliers and clients
*Coordinating with the Head Office team the loading, check, positioning of the contracts.
*Preparing supplier website demonstrations for the suppliers
*Analyzing weekly product/sales reports to identify market trends and revenue/room night
sales growth opportunities


CANDIDATE PROFILE (key skills, experience and qualifications requirements)

*Commercial profile with excellent negotiation and communication skills
*Experience as a Contracts Manager/Sales Manager
*Good knowledge of hotels and tourism market in the destination will be additional value
*English native. Other languages a plus
