Working within our clients buzzing call centre, this exciting travel job will have responsibility for inspiring, motivating and developing the call centre staff to deliver outstanding sales and customer service. The Quality and Training Manager will plan and deliver the full training calendar, working alongside the team trainer to provide continuous team learning and development.
This travel training job will also work closely with the Sales and Service Manager to recruit for new team members, devise training plans and develop highly committed sales and customer service teams who are motivated to achieve results.
Our client is looking for someone who has previous call centre training experience and is a real team player who promotes and fun and engaging working environment.
