Customer Support Specialist:
This is a great role working for an innovative travel technology company based in London.They are looking for an enthusiastic flexible candidate who is willing to learn and grow with the role. Salary between £20k-£25k dependent on experience plus benefits.

Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities:

- Answering calls, researching problems, interfacing with development, communicating solutions back to users, and documenting the issues and solutions
- Logging and taking ownership of calls and emails from customers as cases in the Support/CRM system
- Gaining access to the customer's environment or downloading their DB when required so that whoever needs to investigate further can do so without delay
- Assigning more involved cases to the appropriate team with the expertise required to further investigate the case
Customer Support Specialist Skills Required:
- Strong travel industry experience in either a reservations,ticketing, sales or help desk role
- Some experience with training people or a passion for training
- Excellent Windows and PC skills would be advantageous but full training will be provided
- Confidence to present to groups of people and a willingness to learn
- Self motivated and flexible approach to work
