£22,000 + Benefits

My client, a leading travel company based in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Flights Logistics Coordinator.

The ideal client must have previous travel industry experience with a good understanding of flights and fares.

Flights Logistics Coordinator Duties

To fully service all flights elements of a project from confirmation through to reconciliation, providing timely, accurate and high quality project execution.

Providing customer service excellence through managing email inboxes and telephone hotlines.

You will have direct client liaison (internal and external) managing group and published fare bookings from research through to booking and ticketing.

In conjunction with the Flights Manager, the team constantly strives to conform with company/supplier procedures in all aspects of flights.

Flights Logistics Coordinator Experience required

Previous Flight reservation knowledge.

Flight change management knowledge i.e. re-issues, revalidations.

Understanding fares and fare displays.

IATA ticketing.

Amadeus user (or similar GDS)

Knowledge of IATA BSP reporting, ADM’s and ACM’s.

Base salary £22,000
