Our client is a well-established, leading luxury ski tour operator uncovering the perfect ski holiday’s across North America and Europe. Delivering luxury ski holidays directly as a Tour Operator, as well as working with Travel Agents, they offer tailor-made ski holidays, providing a concierge service to meet your every need. Their aim is to deliver unforgettable ski holiday experiences.

Due to an internal restructure our client is looking to recruit Customer Service and Operations Manager that will provide exceptional customer care post sale and help to refine the concierge approach.

This travel job reports directly to the General Manager, an ambitious, energetic personality is imperative to fit with in this young, social company. The ideal candidate will come with a direct management and travel customer service background.

Ski knowledge would be an advantage but not a necessity for this operations job in travel. Our client prides itself on its excellent customer service so this will be core to the role. With the company being seasonal the successful candidate will be required to conduct on-going recruitment and training.
