PA/OFFICE MANAGER
BUSINESS TRAVEL, LONDON

This role will best suit an individual who is extremely organised, has strong attention to detail skills and can manage and prioritise multiple tasks under the requirements of various stakeholders.

As a PA/Office Manager your main duties will be to:

Greet guests, answer phone calls and prepare refreshments for meetings
Able to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel proficiently
Produce documents and maintain presentations, records and spreadsheets
Liaise with colleagues to book travel and accommodation
