Do you have experience working within the travel industry? Do you have excellent customer service skills? Do you have knowledge of a GDS or travel reservation System? If so this role is for you!

The Role:
You will be working for a Travel Technology company helping customers and travel agents with any questions or problem they may face
- Answering calls and emails and taking ownership until the case is resolved
- Resolving simple cases directly
- Gathering detailed information and logging files if appropriate to be escalated
- Gaining access to the customer's environment or dowloading their D hen required so that whoever needs to investigate can do so without delay
- Monitoring all owned cases and chasing the other teams for a timely resolution
- Relaying simple and more complex resolutions to customers

- At least 2 years working within the travel industry
- At least 1 year of that within a travel agent or tour operator
- Experience using a travel reservation system (Amadeus, Galileo, Dolphin, Worldspan, Sabre etc)
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent writen and verbal communication skills
