This reputable Business Travel Company (BT) are currently recruiting for their busy and growing office based in Buckinghamshire

The MICE division in responsible for arranging events from Board meetings to incentives across a broad range of corporate sectors.

Working within the Operations Department, the Event Manager will lead and manage a team of Event Managers and support staff delivering a service to our corporate clients. The role encompasses account management, operations and financial management of all events.

As an Events Manager you will undertake an array of tasks & key Skills...

• Business development with existing and new clients

• Compiling & presenting proposals to clients

• Managing bookings from initial enquiry, budgeting, creating proposals, presenting and accounting

• Creating tailor-made itineraries using nett contracts and mark ups

• Conceiving innovative and creative events

• Presenting plans and proposals to clients

• Compiling and managing detailed budgets

• Co-ordinating external suppliers and internal staff

• Managing, motivating and developing the Globe Team

• Providing strong leadership consistent with company mission, values and culture
