Customer Relations Executive - Features

  • To deal with all aspects of a customer's holiday upon their return with the aim of maximising customer satisfaction
  • To take discuss customers holidays and where appropriate and resolve disputes before correspondence is generated
  • You will proactively look to resolve customer issues and complaints as quickly as possible
  • To ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained
  • You will build relationships with suppliers and proactively investigate any points raised by customers
  • Prioritise and respond to customers in a timely manner with a satisfactory resolution
  • You will be part of the fastest growing online travel business within the UK

Customer Relations Executive - Skills Required

  • Ideally you will have worked in a service based travel industry role before
  • Must have experience of working within customer relations, within travel is preferred but not essential
  • Must have excellent written English with proven letter writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • You must be able to work well within a team and communicated with colleagues, customers and suppliers effectively
  • You must have the ability to work well under pressure, work to deadlines and use own initiative
  • To deal calmly and rationally with difficult customers

Customer Relations Executive - Additional Information

  • This role is mainly Monday to Friday but employees may be required to work additional hours to suit the businesses needs
