Online Implementation and Support Specialist

We are looking for an Online implementation Specialist. This role would suit someone who has experience supporting Online Booking tools and would like to move into implementation or already has some experience in implementing clients on OBTs.

The ideal candidate has a good understanding of the end-to-end TMC business process and excellent knowledge of Galileo.


  • Project Manage the implementation of Online Booking tools for new and existing clients
  • Provide client and staff training where necessary
  • Provide 1st and second line support for our Online Booking Tools
  • Escalate & manage 3rd level of support with suppliers
  • Keep up to date with new product releases
  • Testing new client configuration/booking tools
  • Ensure all documentation for Online Booking tools and implementations are up to date and distributed where applicable.

Knowledge and Experience requirements

  • Support and/or implementation experience with at least Concur and any or all of the following Online tools
    • Evolvi, Trainline, Conferma, SABS
  • A strong knowledge of Galileo
  • Good understanding of Business Travel
  • Ability to systematically analyse errors and find / suggest solutions
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc)
