Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant required for a Business Travel Company. You will cover the hours that the 'normal-hour' business travel consultants do not work - Evenings, Nights and Weekends consisting of 6 or 8 hour shifts.


Provide assistance to corporate clients over the phone
Utilise Galileo to create brand new flight and hotel bookings
Handle emergency bookings with calm and confidence
Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Skills and experience:

Must have a high level of proficiency using Galileo
Must be a confident experienced Travel Consultant - Business or Leisure
Must have excellent Ticketing and Fares knowledge
Customer Service focussed

Additional Information:

Generous Salary - negotiable
