Travel Sales Manager
Central London
Base salary to £31,000 + Bonuses
My client is one of the largest UK Tour Operators and specializing in 5* luxury holidays and breaks.
They are now recruiting for an experienced Travel Sales Manager who have previously motivated and led teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
Travel Sales Manager Responsibilities
To ensure efficient handling of customer enquiries by all sales staff
To provide assistance to all sales staff with customer enquiries
To ensure all telephone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner
To maximise profit on every sale
To achieve daily and weekly sales targets
To motivate and encourage all sales staff to achieve their sales targets
To train and develop staff to their full potential
To assist sales staff in achieving sales targets.
To assist with resolving problematic situations with Customers and Staff
Coach, train, counsel and discipline sales staff
Travel Sales Manager Experience Required
Previous team leader, supervisory or management experience within the travel industry
Ability to create dynamic holiday packages using a range of suppliers
European and worldwide product knowledge
Staff management and motivation
Ability to multi task at all times
Confidentiality
Ability to work in a rapid sales environment
Enthusiastic, willingness to learn and grow through the company
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
