Corporate Travel Team Manager required by an award-winning Travel Management company. You will drive one of the company's corporate travel teams to achieve commercial success and to optimise the customer service level provide to the clients.

Corporate Travel Team Manager Responsibilities:

Motivate, Coach and monitor the performance of Business Travel Consultants
Develop relationships with the clients, taking responsibility for escalated queries
Take an active part in the new business tender process alongside BDM's
Customer issue/complaint resolution
Hold weekly team meetings
Performance management and one to one's
Take part in Manager meetings

Corporate Travel Team Manager Skills and experience:

You will either have worked as a Team Manager for minimum 6 months or as an Assistant Team Manager for minimum 1 year - in Business Travel
You must have a proven record of managing a team
You must have experience using a GDS Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre
Good knowledge of Corporate Travel market

Corporate Travel Team Manager Additional Info:

Salary 28K - 32K (dependent upon experience) plus financial incentive scheme
Mon-Fri, 9am - 5.30pm
Excellent benefits package
