PARTNERSHIP RELATIONS EXECUTIVE - INTERNATIONAL
£23,000 - £25,000

Do you support travel agents or tour operators in your current role and do they know you as somebody helpful, reliable, accurate, efficient and responsive. Do you pride yourself on the relationships that you have developed and do you strive to seek new business opportunities that will you and your organisation grow? Other duties include;

*Support Business Development management in planning and implementing Business Development plans including incentives, reporting and other activity to ensure achievements of assigned goals.
*Handling inbound queries from travel partners to resolve or redirect as necessary. Manage un-serviced agent queries, including ownership of the Partnership Relations inbox and phone line
*Continuous reporting to track performance, identifying agents requiring/justifying Business Development Specialist/Manager ownership
*Research of potential opportunities
*Establish and develop trade partners' knowledge of product, resources and online booking engine
*Conduct effective relationship building through clear and constant communication

Requirements
*Good phone etiquette and excellent phone presence to maximize Business development opportunities
*Ability to build personal credibility by way of solid product knowledge, services, procedures, consistent follow-through and problem solving skills
*Ability to adapt to a quickly changing sales environment; ability to shift priorities per business requirements
*Strong relationship building skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
*Hard working, driven individual with ability to work on own initiative to tight deadlines
*Good analytical skills and a strong attention to detail is required with regular reviews of performance against plan
*Flexible in working hour
*Team player
*Ability and willingness to travel within UK, Europe and overseas when necessary
*Ideally able to speak a second language (Nordic or Hebrew would be advantageous)
