Assistant Call Centre Manager:
This is fantastic role managing a specialist travel call centre based in London. You will be assisting running a busy call centre of up to 45 employees. Salary between £30k-£35k plus benefits.
Assistant Call Centre Manager Responsibilities:
- Assisting in day to day running of the call centre and solely in charge when the manager is away
- Distributing warm leads to consultants
- Monitor call centre stats and send out reports
- Manage rotas and holiday requests
- Monitoring and managing the inbound enquiries to ensure they are being dealt with properly, profitability, chase ups
Assistant Call Centre Manager Skills Required:
- Experience within the travel industry is essential
- Previous experience working within a supervisory/management role
- Outgoing and confident with the ability to get on with a range of people
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of Outlook packages
- Experience working within a fast paced call centre environment
