My client is a well known and successful TMC (Travel Management Company) looking for a new Head of Sales to lead their sales team to achieve the new business annual trading targets through the generation of new sales revenues into the business.

You will have full ownership of all new business opportunities and ensure the creation of a new business pipeline. You must understand my clients proposition and fully understand the travel management market, competitive landscape and opportunities. As an industry expert you will maximise opportunities from the market and deliver a high conversion factor amongst your team.

The role is field based however regular attendance at my clients Head Office in Yorkshire will be required. An excellent salary, commission and benefits package is offered for the right candidate.
