Market Administrator - eBusiness - Budapest

Please note this role is based in Budapest so you should already be based there as no assistance is provided.

As a Market Administrator you will provide administrative support to our client's Partner Services team and their partners supply network. You'll be required to support the team with the maintenance of hotel relationships, and to coordinate with other departments involved in assigned projects.


  1. In consultation with Market Managers & Assistant Market Managers manage supplier accounts
  2. Resolve all issues relating to transactions, allotment, notification, cancellations, etc
  3. Participate in market and competition research
  4. Evaluate production and determine follow up action
  5. Train new hotels on the use of the extranet, manage availability on site
  6. Assist in activation of hotels
  7. Prepare reports as necessary
  8. Co-ordinate merchandising activities for hotel partners with special deals and promotions
  9. Be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of content and photos for new and existing hotels
  10. Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks

Independent Judgement and Decision-Making:

General Supervision:

  • Proceeds on regular tasks, referring questionable situations to supervisor


  • Very good command in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong Team Player and goal oriented person.
  • Computer skills required.
  • Education in Tourism related field is an advantage.
