ASSISTANT CALL CENTRE SALES MANAGER
TRAVEL COMPANY, LONDON
SALARY £3OK - £35K PLUS BONUS
We are looking for an Assistant Call Centre Sales Manager to join a great travel company specialising in luxury short breaks. Assisting with the running of the call centre you will liaise with Team Leaders, monitor call levels, profitability, sales and service levels, as well as manage team rotas and shift patterns.
You must have experience at Team Leader /Supervisor or Assistant Manager level gained in a call centre sales environment (inbound and outbound). An experienced manager, you will be able to lead by example, have solid commercial skills and be competent in MS Office including Word and PowerPoint. Previous experience within the hospitality, luxury travel or spa industries would be really beneficial.
Salary for this role is £30k - £35k plus bonus and you will be joining an exciting travel business keen to support, develop and progress their staff
