This successful specialist travel company is seeking someone with strong attention to detail and excellent travel administration experience to join their friendly team.

Working closely with the Abroad Administration Manager to ensure all overseas travel administration is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsible for:

*Responsible for managing requests which could be -
oRequests for extra flights
oRequests for extra bedrooms
oRequests for extra space on holidays
oHandling the requests checking space, contacting hotel or airline or product manager and then contacting the customer in a timely manner
*Dealing with customer queries on phone and correspondence as necessary
*Assistance and support for Abroad Admin team as necessary and as required

Person Specification:

*The role includes research and investigation to help resolve guest queries, compose letters and assist with other customer communication which requires excellent administrative experience
*Confident and proactive sales experience
*Computer and Internet Skills
*Knowledge of Amadeus is essential
*Must have a passion for travel and adventure
*Excellent telephone skills
*A professional demeanour and friendly attitude
