Director of Hotel Operations

As a Director of Hotel Operations, you will be leading a team of 3 senior managers who’s positions are Hotel General Manager and a General Manager for Events.
This is a newly created executive job in travel that will report directly to the board of directors. The profile for this individual will be someone that has a hotel operations background, has excellent leaderships skills and has a proven background of generating revenue for the business, through food and beverage, revenue management and event management.
This senior travel job would ideally suit someone with a strong commercial acumen and with the ability to create and lead a strategy, driving revenue opportunities, financial planning and first class customer service.
Leading from the front is pivotal for the successful candidate as you will be streamlining new process and procedures so the business operation is slick and on point. You will need to have a proven track record of success at a senior level managing hotel operations.
**Must be fluent in Spanish & English, have P&L responsibility experience and a Hotel Operations background.**
