Do you enjoy providing that extra touch for clients when booking their holiday? Are you a Concierge Travel Consultant with experience of tailor making itineraries to suit your client? Do you enjoy booking the extra details such as restaurants and activities? If yes then look no further! This is an exciting opportunity to join this leading travel provider in the South Birmingham area. My client seeks candidates that offer a high level of customer service.

* Delivering the highest standard of customer service, to very valued clientele
* Provide the best and most comprehensive service possible to all our clients
* Receiving inbound calls and emails, servicing the enquiry and issuing quotes
* The creation of high quality tailor-made itineraries booking anything from flights, transfers, theatre tickets etc.
* Ensure you keep fully up to date with product knowledge
* Provide an unparalleled level of customer service to a clientele with high expectations to ensure loyalty and repeat business
* Develop a portfolio of repeat clients
* Take responsibility of the reservation from initial enquiry to final documentation and post travel follow up

* Strong travel background with experience of the concierge market.
* Hospitality knowledge
* Ability to iron out issues
* Excellent attention to detail
* Flexible with working hours across Mon-Sun shifts between 9-7pm
* Able to offer fantastic customer service.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary in the region of £16k plus the opportunity to progress tthroguh an expanding successful company. You will be able to work excellent hours across Mon- Sun 9am-7pm.
