We are looking for a Travel Sales Consultant who is committed,Hard-Working and Sales driven for our second Travel Shop in Ashford,Kent.

Must have a travel industry experience

Key responsibilities and accountability * To act as first point of contact for all reservations queries raised by the customer via telephone or email.

  • To handle all travel reservations enquiries in a timely and professional manner;
  • To endeavour to cross and up-sell where an appropriate sales opportunity exists;
  • To overcome customer objections - thus maximising sales opportunities;
  • To liaise with Manager to ensure that the customers enquiry is handled within agreed timescales; To undertake ad hoc administrative tasks assigned to you by your line manager.
