Partnership Recruitment Executive
We're looking for a Partnership Recruitment Executive to join our client, a leading pan-European Loyalty and Sales Promotions and Marketing Agency, on a 3 month fixed term contract. Based at their Head Office in Cheshire, the role involves the development of relationships with a range of partner brands and independent businesses to attain discounted and added value reciprocal offers. The role will suit those with previous outbound telesales or B2B sales experience, who are able to work to key campaign timelines and who are confident in their ability to sell the benefits of joining the programme. Role of Partnership Recruitment Executive:
- Making outbound cold and warm calls to prospective partners
- Recruiting dining partners, restaurants etc.
- Answering customer calls and assisting those customers with the redemption of the dining offer or any queries they may have
- Helping to maintain excellent customer service for consumers and all partners alike
- Working to key campaign timelines
- Help manage campaign data relating to partners
- Producing clear, clean, correct and detailed data
- Various administrative duties
Skills required for the role:
- Previous experience gained within an outbound telesales/B2B sales role
- Confident communicator
- Strong sales skills and able to overcome objections
- Ability to work to targets and timescales
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word programmes
