Are you looking for a new challenge in Scotland? Are you experienced in operational forecasts and experience within a planning position? This is a great opportunity to work within the Operations Department.

Working as a Head of Demand and Resource Planning you will be responsible for maximising the use of offline, resources available through best practice use of communication systems, improved organisation, forecasting and planning.
Duties include:
- Managing the generation of management information, reporting and business intelligence to inform decision- making, you will identify opportunities and produce trend analysis, managing and contributing to projects which improve customer experience.
- Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.
- Review historical trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models and evaluate forecast results.
- Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process
- Analyse call and non-call demands
- Analyse current capacity and capability

- Previous experience within a planning position
- Organised and detailed with excellent analysis, budgeting and presentation skills
- Strong Commercial understanding
- Project management skills
- Corporate Travel experience and ideally experience of using CRS Systems.
