Travel Customer Service Advisor working for a travel company based in the Stockport area. Are you experienced in travel looking to get away from sales but able to build relationships with clients and offer excellent customer service?

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Working in this Travel Customer service role you will support the business to process bookings on a daily basis , as well as providing customers with information about their holiday.
Duties include:
- Ensure that data protection procedures are carried out on every single call
- Answer all incoming customer service calls into the business, providing a high level of customer care
- Assist with passenger queries pre and post travel
- Ensure that customer records are kept up to date and accurate
- Process and chase balance payments
- Investigate all areas of complaints thoroughly with relevant supplier
- Action minor holiday amendments
- Send out travel documents i.e invoices and travel tickets

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Have a well-rounded knowledge of the travel industry and best travel administration practice
- Professional, confident and personable and able to build relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers at all levels
- Have a responsible, level-headed and fair attitude - calm under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills
- Natural investigator, to investigate all areas of complaint
