They are currently looking for a driven, successful Travel Head of Sales to come on board and further drive their already successful teams to meet and exceed targets managing a team of sales and operations.
Role of Head of Sales Roles and Responsibilities:
• Monitor and support a strong performing sales team to meet and exceed targets
• Manage key performance indicators such as margin and conversion to achieve sales forecasts
• Highlight opportunities to generate sales and increase margins
• Support the resourcing department in managing team holidays and sickness to ensure adequate coverage for opening hours
• Recruit, train and coach sales agents and ensure performance standards are met
• Communicate with internal departments in a professional and positive manner
Head of Sales & Operations Skills required:
• Previous sales management experience in a online travel agency as Call Centre or Sales Manager Role
• Strong motivation and communication skills
• Competitive nature and drive to succeed
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent people management skills
• Strong leadership skills
