Are you an experienced Business Travel Consultant looking for a new challenge with a Leading Independent Business Travel Management Company? Do you have previous Business Travel experience and want to work for a leading Business Travel Management company on the South Coast using Sabre?

THE JOB:

An experienced Business Travel Consultant is required to join a leading independent Business Travel company in their modern offices near Brighton.
The role of Business Travel consultant will involve liaison with dedicated key Business Travel accounts, making all the necessary Business Travel arrangements which will include:

*Respond to travel enquiries from internal and external customers in a timely, knowledgeable and professional manner.
*Strive to deliver customer Service Level Agreement at all times and exceed the customer's expectation. Work within processes for reporting all customer feedback.
*Build rapport and trust with customers to foster positive relationships and repeat business.
*Use range of IT software to complete reservations/ amendments/ refunds accurately, (including GDS & Supplier systems) and support customer's use of Self-Booking tools as available within the current software provision.
*Understand how to correctly book all available supplier products and services and keep abreast of changes in the procedure as communicated internally.
*Liaise with suppliers to exert influence wherever possible and ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
*Communicate clearly in role as "agent" to manage customer expectations and ensure detail of supplier T&C's are understood.
*Fulfil complete and accurate back office administrative reconciliation of sales (including detail for amendments, reporting requirements and customer service history).
*Build positive relationships with colleagues to support teamwork and ensure collective goals are reached.
*Follow processes and procedures as defined in the ISO, work instruction manuals and as communicated on an ad-hoc basis by the Manager or Team Leaders.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Must have experience working in the travel industry
Previous Business Travel experience essential having worked for a Travel Management Company.
Knowledge of Sabre CRS is preferred
