General Manager Overseas, North, Tour Operator
A fast growing tour operator based in the North is looking to appoint a General Manager Overseas to lead the overseas operations and product delivery through a team of in-resort managers and regional managers. You will own the strategy, planning and delivery process in order to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will strive to improve company processes which include the emergency response team, in-resort reps and quality systems for people and suppliers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role within a tour operator. Excellent people management experience with a history of delivering high team performance is essential. Ability to manage and develop remote teams. A 2nd language is desirable.
