Travel Manager

Birmingham area

An excellent position has arisen for someone with Travel Management experience to further their career working for a highly successful independent travel company.

Salary is dependent on experience plus travel benefits, discounts and company pension.

You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years travel management experience and your responsibilities will include:

  • Maximising sales of the travel branch
  • Lead by example in maintaining outstanding customer service
  • Coach and develop staff
  • Conduct and implement performance reviews
  • Effectively action any disciplinary issues
  • Maintaining operational standards throughout the branch

Hours will be on a rota basis between Monday to Sunday working 37.5 hours a week.
