Digital Marketing Manager
An entrepreneurial online travel business is looking for a digital marketing manager.
Working closely with the Head of Acquisition, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the companies’ digital marketing team, overseeing all digital marketing channels and activity with a particular focus on campaign planning and eCRM. They will look to drive business growth through both existing channels and exploring new opportunities to drive incremental revenue. ROI will be be an important focus of the role ensuring all activity is well optimised and performing effectively.
The ideal candidate will have an extremely strong commercial awareness and have at least 3+ years digital marketing experience with a background in transactional e-commerce roles and environments. The candidate will be able to demonstrate good usability, customer journey and customer experience skills so a background in B2C e-commerce roles where the consumer is key would be a massive bonus. The ability to motivate and lead teams, agencies and off-shore teams is also key to success in this role.
