They are seeking a proven luxury travel consultant with solid experience of tailor making itineraries to some of the world's most luxurious resorts. JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries by phone.
*Handling enquiries and sending high quality quotations to clients providing complete details of their booking.
*Research offers with the suppliers and create tailor-made packages for the clients.
*Use your own previous experience and destination knowledge to establish the clients' needs and requirements so as to best advise them when tailor making their chosen itineraries.
*Booking all aspects of travel for your customers.
*Responding to e-mail enquiries from customers.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

*Previous reservations experience within a luxury tour operator.
*Pleasant & professional telephone manner.
*Effective Sales skills.
*Wealth of knowledge of worldwide destinations
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Good command of the English language both written and verbal
*Ability to speak to the full range of clients including demanding VIPs and their PAs
*Interest in wellness and wellbeing
*Tailormade LUXURY product knowledge
*Team Player
*Self-starter with own initiative.

THE PACKAGE:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary of £24k - £28k DOE with a fantastic commission structure.

HOURS:

Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm
(While there will be standard hours of work, the successful candidate will need to be a dedicated individual who views the job as a lifestyle and is flexible in their approach to get up on the career ladder)
