Are you an experienced business development manager, or corporate account manager, looking for a new challenge with a growing business travel company?
Do you have a proven background of retaining and developing existing accounts, as well as bringing in business as a Corporate Travel Business Development Manager? We have a fantastic chance for you to use and develop these skills in an expanding company and be rewarded with a great salary package!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Working as a field based manager, you will bring on new accounts
- Generating new business
- Plan and manage accounts in a profitable and proactive manner
- Maximise profits by selling new products and services
- Grow existing business by margin and spend
- Successfully monitor accounts and service levels, liaising with internal departments to assess and resolve any issues and improve customer service levels
- Liaise with service providers, such as hoteliers, in reaction to the requirement of accounts, negotiating competitive rates to ensure both service and profitability achieved
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
We are seeking a candidate with solid business development experience within MICE or Business Travel environment. You will be self motivated, with excellent customer service and sales skills, and a determination to develop business!
THE PACKAGE:
You will be offered a very competitive salary up to £32k, depending on experience and will be rewarded with an unrivalled commission package, plus car plus benefits.
