The Sales and Service Manager will lead, motivate and develop the sales and customer service team leaders to ensure optimal results are achieved. Reporting into the Head of Contact Centre, you will be tasked with delivering against targets including improving response times and conversions, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Alongside managing the sales and customer service teams, this sales travel job will also have operational responsibility for monitoring call traffic to identify improvements, managing the telephone systems, liaising with stakeholders and developing/improving procedures.
Working alongside the Quality and Training Manager, this senior travel job will also forecast recruitment needs, review interview and training regimes, analysing management information to improve team performance and assist with disciplinary procedures.
The ideal candidate may currently be working as a Sales Team Leader within a call centre and has both team management and operational responsibilities, as well as a passion for providing all customers with outstanding service levels.
