An entrepreneurial online travel business is looking for a User Experience Manager.

The UX Manager will be responsible for improving the customer journey to drive a massive growth in conversion. The UX Manager role holds primary responsibility for the onsite customer journey of the brands website. The role will work hard to identify weakness in the conversion path, before working with a digital project manager to either improve areas of drop off or add content, features and assets to the site in order to improve user time spend on site. In order to do this, you will be using analytics daily, then creating sit maps and process flows to then brief to creative designers, content writers and project managers. You will also have a significant hand in content and SEO across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in onsite optimisation, within either a transactional or highly commercial website. They will understand the key principles of how to improve conversion, and also have some knowledge and experience within SEO friendly content. Knowledge of the travel industry will be beneficial but not essential for this role.
