Would you love to work for a Sporting Event Management and Travel company with an excellent Worldwide reputation? My client is seeking an Event Administrator to join them and you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Event Team and assisting with the delivery and administration of sport travel events. The successful candidate will ideally have a solid travel background and a good understanding of the sporting industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about travel to work within an industry leader in specialist sports travel and hospitality.

* Provide the Event Team with general administrative support
* Utilise internal systems to raise invoices and confirmation letters for client's bookings
* Assist with the accurate creation, allocation and distribution of client event documentation
* Maintain log sheets and client records
* Answer incoming telephone calls and assist Event Co-ordinators with client queries and requests
* Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service at all times
* Assist with internal and external supplier liaison
* Be available for any other duties reasonably required

* Minimum of one year's office administration experience
* Exceptional administration skills
* Keen eye for attention to detail
* Flexible and enthusiastic individual with excellent administration skills
* Rigorous attention to detail
* Possessing excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to demonstrate excellent time management skills in order to organise and prioritise work efficiently and effectively
* Lively and enthusiastic personality with a dedicated and professional approach to work
* Ability to learn systems quickly and efficiently
* Available to travel and work at events where required including weekends (must be able to work/travel in June/July 2017 for a period of up to eight weeks)
* Industry/sporting knowledge desired

Excellent base salary in the region of £14-16k and the chance to work for a leading industry player. This role also offers the chance to work overseas for up to eight weeks in June/July 2017. Although initially a contract up to July 2017 there is potential to go permanent (although not guaranteed).
