FIT ACCOMMODATION EXECUTIVE
GROUPS, FIT, CONFERENCE & EVENTS TRAVEL COMPANY

Our client is one of the most well-known names in Groups and FIT travel. As part of its continued growth, it is now looking for an FIT Accommodation Executive to join its team in London.

Main duties include:

*Manage the utilisation of hotel allocations and liaise with existing hotel and B & B partners to secure additional FIT space when required
*Facilitate the flow of client booking confirmations, enhancing the quality of service given to clients
*Process accommodation requirements; responsible for booking all FIT accommodation services within London, rest of England, and Wales
*Monitor booking patterns/trends securing additional product if required
*Handling overbooking scenarios
*Using in-house system to process bookings, issuing booking confirmations to suppliers
*Process tour operator partner requests
*Agreeing close-outs with individual hotels, updating the systems accordingly
*Reporting
*Management of allocations/unsold allocations
*Competitor analysis
*Filing, processing reservations, preparing vouchers and invoices

Candidates for this FIT Accommodation Executive job should have the following skills and experience:

*Liaising with hotels and securing space
*Processing of FIT hotel bookings
*Negotiations skills
*In-house systems
*A European language would be useful, but not mandatory
*Managing room allocations
*Experience of traditional and e-commerce FIT
*European language nice to have but not critical
