HR Advisor, Global eCommerce - Bangkok

Our client is one of the fastest-growing online hotel platforms worldwide, listing more than 650,000 hotels and providing services in 38 languages. Their operating headquarters is in Bangkok, where their top team resides, and where more than 900 professional work alongside.

As this company has experienced dramatic growth they are currently looking to hire an HR Advisor for the HR Business Partner team who can enthusiastically operate a flawless people process. You will work closely with global business sites and the people team to ensure a smooth process and service across 35+ legal entities around the world. You will need to bring constructive energy and a can-do attitude to the role and team.

The HR Advisor will be supporting HR Business Partner work to provide advice to people managers on HR related matters and to develop scalable HR solutions. You will also:

  • Respond to questions from managers and employees in an accurate and timely way and gathers input to make process improvements
  • Create, maintain and monitor specific people management cases /questions and ensure that these are handled correctly and timely
  • Data driven analysis and advise on (BU or Region related) HR questions
  • Identify most frequently asked questions by managers, maintain FAQ's, and have suggestions for improvement
  • Own HRBP products/projects assigned by HRBP from definition to launch
  • Draft international policies / guidelines with HRBP's consultation
  • Continually pursue ways to improve existing processes and implement best practices
  • Research country specific information, identifying market practices & bench-marking
  • Handle administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound understanding of overall HR function is a plus
  • Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Proven experience or interest in labour law is also an added benefit

Please note that this role is based in Bangkok - Visa available for a 12 month contract
