THE JOB:

Currently seeking an After-Sales and Customer Services Manager to manage a small team of After-sales and Customer Service Executives. This is a great opportunity for an experienced supervisor who is ready to step into a managerial role. The ideal candidate will have experience working at a supervisory level for at least 2 years and will have first-hand experience of coaching and mentoring a small after-sales team. You will have previous experience from the travel sector, from within an established tour operator. You will be highly motivated, highly organised, calm under pressure and a logical thinker with immaculate attention to detail.

*Manage the day to day operations of the department
*Define and communicate our customer service standards
*Review and assess the delivery of our customer service standards
*Responsible for managing and motivating and incentivising staff, both individually and as a department
*Identify staff training needs, including staff development
*Identify and implement strategies to improve the quality of our customer service, including coaching and mentoring executives.
*Ensure a high volume of booking sheets are entered accurately into the booking system
*Amending invoices to add extras or make changes to bookings at guest requests
*Ensure a high volume of ticketing is completed accurately and within departmental deadlines.
*Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the booking process
*Monitor customer feedback
*Maximise all ancillary sales including ski hire, lift passes and ski lessons
*Responsible for the departmental Credit Control: payment deadlines, late payment fees, amendments and cancellation fees

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
*High volume email and telephone based customer service experience, gained in either an administrative service industry or travel
*Travel Industry Experience strongly desired
*Experienced and proficient in CRM systems
*40 WPM
*Strong IT skills including the full Microsoft Office Suite


THE PACKAGE:
In return the successful candidate can expect a salary up to £27,000 along with excellent benefits and opportunities for personal and professional development.
