Customer Services Executive - Travel Industry Experience Essential
CUSTOMER SERVICES EXECUTIVE
North West London
Base salary to £22,000 + Bonuses
My client is a leading long haul tour operator who is based in North West London.
Due to expansion, they are now seeking to employ a Customer Services Experience with previous travel industry experience dealing with holiday complaints.

CUSTOMER SERVICES EXECUTIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Log all incoming correspondence onto the relevant systems and send acknowledgements to clients.
Liaise with other departments within the company, overseas agents and suppliers in order to investigate complaints and queries.
Co-ordinate compensation payments with the Customer Services Manager.
Respond to basic queries and complaints in writing and over the telephone.
Assist with any other Customer Services functions as required.
Be available to attend training courses as required.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times when liaising with partner companies, ground handlers, airlines, hoteliers, clients and legal representatives.
Comply with best practice and legal requirements.
CUSTOMER SERVICES EXCUTIVE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Previous experience of customer service within the travel industry is essential
Awareness of holiday complaints procedures, basic knowledge of the role of ABTA is desirable
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Ability to prioritise tasks.
Effective communication skills, written and oral are essential.
Strong customer service skills are essential.
