My client is a leading luxury travel company based in South West London.
They are seeking an experienced Air Product and Ticketing Executive on a temporary basis although the role may become permanent.
Candidates must be experienced using the Sabre GDS system – this is an essential requirement for the role which is non negotiable
Air Product and Ticketing Executive Responsibilities:
Adhere to outlined responsibilities and produce a high standard of work
Issuing tickets from Queues, insuring flights are booked within our guidelines and/or passengers’ wishes and that fare is correct at the time of ticketing.
Checking and booking flights requested by reservation team.
Handling special requests for passengers such as wheelchair assistance, special meals etc.
Handling queries from other departments, passengers or agents over the phone and by emails.
Handling flight amendments, cancellations and refunds.
Handling schedule changes, updating passengers’ records and bookings and advise them accordingly.
Understanding fares, net fare contracts and ability to use Sabre.
Ensure that company objectives and goals are met
Ensure customers are invoiced in a timely manner with correct flights details
Air Product and Ticketing Executive Experience Required:
Previous ticketing experience
Knowledge of the Sabre GDS system
Fare and contract knowledge
