This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Inventory Manager to take the lead in developing and running inventory and cost set up to include the full loading lifecycle by programme, season, product  group.

The focus of this role is to take full ownership of the product inventory lifecycle. This is a new role and requires someone who can set up and create a new framework with robust processes  ensuring that a diverse range of committed and third party stock inventory is accurately loaded, within deadlines and with correct costs and prices.

We employ over two-hundred people, the majority of whom are based at our Wallington, Surrey office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project manage the whole product inventory setup & loading lifecycle; by programme, season, product group
  • Ensures all costs are accurately loaded, actuals and estimated.
  • Managing the loading of all pricing including sales promotions and offers
  • Liaise with contracting teams and agree with Finance and Contracting framework for loading estimates, contracts, promotions etc.
  • Establish strict processes & procedures for product inventory setup & loading to ensure high level of accuracy thus reducing mistakes & issues
  • Ensure all teams/areas of the business are aware and trained on the new product and launch dates
  • Close inventory management of all committed stock to ensure maximum return is achieved.
  • Managing inventory loading and ensuring all product is on sale within deadline

Skills and Experience required

  • Experience of managing product inventory setup & loading lifecycle
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
  • Analytical with strong commercial understanding.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail and ability to multi task

  • Strong level of numerical reasoning
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
